Hello to all! I’m to share the good word with you about pet holidays in the month of February. We’re already well into the month, but I’ll share with you the remaining observations:
National Prevent a Litter Month: look for low-cost options in your local town or municipality
Responsible Pet Owners Month: There are many things that make a pet owner responsible.
National Pet Dental Month: Dental health is just as important for cats and dogs as it is for people. This can be done at home, or by your veterinarian.
Have a Heart for Chained Dogs Week: Dogs aren’t meant to live their lives chained up! (7-13th)
Pet Theft Awareness Week: It happens. Be aware. Be vigilant. Keep an eye on them when they’re in the yard. (14-20th)
Love Your Pet Day: A few extra cuddles, hugs, and pets for your favorite pet!(February 20)
Spay Day USA: If you haven’t already, get on the bandwagon! (February 23)
So that’s it, folks! I’ll keep you posted next week for March Pet Holidays.
In the meantime, I have 3 little furballs myself I have to take in this month to get spayed and neutered. Omigosh! I just realized the 3 kittens haven’t had a proper introduction. Well, I’ll leave that for the next post.
Until next time,
Keep the Harmony!
